Houston Galveston Regional Plan for Sustainable Development
The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is developing a Sustainable Communities Regional Plan for the 13-County Texas Gulf Coast region. Harris County will work with the public, H-GAC, and other regional members to develop goals and objectives that reflect the needs and wants of the community with respect to housing, transportation, education, and employment.
