Harris County Community Services Department celebrated with Harris County Housing Finance Corporation, Palladium Houston and Precinct 1 Commissioner Rodney Eilis’ staff as we broke-ground on a multi-family project called Palladium Houston at Ella....
This project will create 146 new multi-family housing units and 115 of these units will be affordable. The unit mix will consist of 12 units for those making 30% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI), 46 units for those making between 31%-50% of AMI, 47 units for those making between 51%-60% AMI, 10 units for those making between 61%-80% AMI, and 31 Market Rate Units. The Project will consist of 90 one-bedroom units, 50 two-bedroom units, and 6 three- bedroom units. The HCHFC will own the land and the project will enter a 99-year ground lease, which will keep the units affordable for 99-years.
